COVID-19 Protection!

UPDATE: July 7, 2020 - Phase IV - NY un-PAUSE has happened in the Mid-Hudson COVID-19 Region. We were fortunate to have been able to open on June 9, 2020 - Phase II, allowing professional services to resume.


We are accepting reservations for classes and coaching. Class reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Contact me @  

Due to the continued progress in fighting COVID-19 in the region, more classes are being offered as scheduled options. If you do not see a class or date that you are looking for, contact me and I will work with you on scheduling @

Class sizes have now been increased to a maximum of six (6) participants, classroom social distancing will be maintained and standard precautions listed here will continue.


The health and safety of students is our number one priority! Instructors and students will wear masks (if you don’t have one, one will be provided) and contactless temperature checks will be conducted. 



Extraordinary steps are being taken to ensure the classroom is deep cleaned and sanitized between classes.

Protecting the health and safety of our students!

We  always employ firearm industry standard precautions to protect the health and safety of students and instructors.


Beyond firearm safety, we always have cleaned surfaces on a regular basis with Clorox wipes, food grade hydrogen peroxide and alcohol wipes.


With the outbreak of COVID-19, we are conducting additional precautions to protect  everyone’s health


Steven Donahoo is a board certified, Certified Emergency Manager® (CEM®) with decades of emergency experience, planning, preparation, response and recovery has been a huge part of his life. Mr. Donahoo was part of the 9/11 response and recovery efforts and managed  NYPD Counterterrorism - Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Unit.

To ensure a safe, healthy training environment, we have instituted the following:

·       Ask students and instructors  to wash hands through the class day. We maintain adequate supplies of Purell and recommend frequent use by all.

·       Students and instructors are required to wear masks (if you don’t have one, one will be provided) and contactless temperature checks will be taken.


·      Clorox wipes / spray is used to clean surfaces and equipment  with food grade hydrogen peroxide utilized at water cooler, coffee maker, etc. 

·       Classroom surfaces including tables, seats and doorknobs are treated daily with Lysol spray.


·      Stock alcohol wipes for  eye and hearing protection used during class.


·      Automatic Lysol sprayers are setup in the classroom and  air is treated with intermittent sprays. 

·       HEPA filter unit with ionization is in the classroom filtering / sanitizing  air continually.

·       UV-C Light is utilized after classes to sanitize surfaces and air.

·       UV-C Light is utilized to sanitize firearms and equipment utilized in classes.


·      Small class sizes limit student exposure. However, while we do not currently foresee the need to reschedule classes at this times. If students are not feeling well, please contact us immediately  and we are pleased to reschedule your class.


·      Avoidance of handshakes in favor of a friendly wave.
