Mr. Donahoo has over thirty (30) years law enforcement experience. He started with the New York City Transit Police in 1985 where he was promoted to sergeant and lieutenant. In 1995 the Transit Police was merged into the New York Police Department. Within the NYPD he was promoted to lieutenant, commander detective and retired in 2008 from the Department’s Counterterrorism Division. He is still involved in law enforcement as a sworn deputy sheriff serving as a volunteer anti-terrorism advisor to a local county sheriff.
Mr. Donahoo holds the ratings of Training Counselor, Regional Training Counselor, Chief Range Safety Officer, Practical Pistol Coach and Instructor under the National Rifle Association of America. He is certified to teach and certify both BASIC and INSTRUCTOR Classes in the following disciplines:

Mr. Donahoo is licensed by the State of UTAH to teach their Concealed Firearm Permit (CFP) classes.
Mr. Donahoo is a certified USCCA Instructor.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. They however, may be applied to another class within 12 months of the date payment, providing forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is made prior to the start of the scheduled class. Classes may be rescheduled one (1) time within the 12 month period.

No live ammunition is permitted in the classroom during any class. We provide secure storage for all ammunition and lawfully carried or possessed firearms during classes
A valid current government issued photo identification is required. For persons in possession of pistols, valid New York Pistol License or other authority to possess, must be presented at the beginning of class.
All payments are to be made in advance via credit card / debit card. No processing or other fees apply. Cash is not accepted and there are no cash discounts.

ITAR (International Traffic In Arms Regulations) is a set of Federal regulations generated by the State Department stemming from the Arms Export Control Act of 1976.
ITAR restricts training given to non-US Persons.
US Persons are US citizens (both natural-born, and naturalized immigrants) and Permanent Resident Aliens
Current NRA policy is:
